Why can I only enter 50 characters?
The method I use to pull the character data is a very slow process. A limit had to be set to keep the chimp performing at optimal speed. 50 seems to be enough for most people. If you do require more than 50 character slots, you can always create more than 1 account.

Why does the character search take so long?
The chimp uses the Camelot Herald to search for character information. The chimp can only go as fast as the herald does.

How often do you update character data?
The character data is updated every 48 hours. This keeps the system running at optimal speed. If mythic ever provides better ways to retrieve character data, then this time could probably be reduced.

Why does it say "Anon" for my characters Realm Rank?
This means you have chosen to hide your character data from displaying on the herald. I can only show information that is available on the herald. If you want your information to show correctly on the chimp, you will need to type "/webdisplay points" in-game.
